1Acceptance

These terms apply when you browse this site or place an order. If you do not accept them, please do not order. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and goods are sold for personal use rather than resale.

2Nature of the product

We sell bedding. The FluffCo Pillow is not a medical device, is not registered as one, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Descriptions of improved comfort, reduced stiffness or better sleep reflect what some customers report. They are not medical advice, not a clinical claim, and not a substitute for consulting a qualified practitioner about persistent pain or sleep problems.

3Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept by dispatching the goods. Before dispatch we may decline or cancel an order — stock exhausted, an obvious pricing error, or a payment that fails verification — and we refund any amount already taken.

4Prices, promotions and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude duty or local tax payable outside the United States. Promotional pricing and any countdown or stock indicator on the site relate to a limited-time campaign and may be changed or withdrawn at any time; a later change does not entitle you to a retrospective adjustment on an accepted order. Payment is processed by a third-party provider and we never receive your full card number.

5Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by the shipping policy and returns by the returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

6Warranty

The pillow is warranted against manufacturing defects for twelve months from delivery. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, compression over time, staining, or damage from misuse or improper washing. It is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and limits none of them.

7Use of this website

Do not scrape, mirror, overload or probe this site, and do not use it to distribute unlawful material. Text, layout, photographs and reviews are owned by us or used under licence and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

8Third-party names and logos

Any publication, brand or company name appearing on this site belongs to its owner and is used for identification or general illustration only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or any business relationship.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, whose courts have jurisdiction, without removing consumer protections available where you live. We may revise these terms; the version applying to your order is the one published when we accepted it.
