5Who else sees your information
- Payment processor — to take payment and process refunds.
- Warehouse and carriers — name, address and phone, to deliver the parcel.
- Email and helpdesk providers — to send order mail and store support threads.
- Professional advisers and authorities — only where legally required.
Each may use the information only to provide that service to us.
6International transfers and security
Some providers operate outside your country; where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Traffic is encrypted in transit and access to order records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach is likely to affect your rights we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
7Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted where we are not required to keep it, object to or restrict processing, and stop marketing at any time. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. California residents may request details of the categories of personal information collected and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell it in any case. EU and UK residents have further rights on the GDPR page.
